Is overthinking ruining your social life?

Do you feel insecure in your relationships or friendships, perhaps anxious if they don’t answer a text or you see them with others on insta?

Do you analyse social interactions worrying you’ve offended people and how you came across?

Are you preoccupied with what others think, even close friends, so that you struggle to be yourself and want to please everyone?

Does this impact on your sleep and stop you being present at work or with other loved ones?

I used to be a chronic overthinker, always stuck in my head with just my self critical thoughts for company. I found it hard to be myself and found friendships hard to navigate because I always worried too much what people thought. These thoughts affected my mood and I often felt anxious and never good enough… until I learnt to break free.

Now I’ve discovered tools to manage overthinking I feel calmer, happier and much more comfortable in my own skin.

As a qualified therapist and mindfulness teacher I’m on a mission to help others do the same.

About Me

Hi, I’m a qualified self compassion therapist and mindfulness teacher. I love helping other women find ways to feel calmer and better about themselves.

For a long time I struggled with low self worth and had a nagging feeling of not being good enough. It effected my mental health and held me back in my work and personal life.

Getting to grips with overthinking was the first step which freed me from self critical, anxious thoughts. I now feel comfortable in my own skin and am kinder and more self accepting to myself.   I know first hand how breaking free from unhelpful thoughts can change a persons life and I want others to experience the same feeling.
