About Me
Hi, I’m a qualified psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher specialising in friendships. I love helping people realise that if they find friendships are stressful… they are not alone.
For a long time I struggled with friendships and thought I was the only one. I would overthink them, worried whether they liked me and felt rejected easily. I made friends in the wrong places because I compared myself to others and constantly thought everyone was finding friendships easy. Which made me feel worse.
I now have thriving, healthy friendships which are a source of joy by learning evidence based tools I share in my course “Fearless Friendships”.
