Workplace Wellbeing & Mindfulness Services

Workplace Wellbeing and Mindfulness Services

As an employer you will know that stress is the number one cause of staff sickness.  But do you know how to address it?

Employers may not always be able to change the demands placed on staff, but can support them to respond more helpfully and keep themselves mentally well.

I offer workplace mindfulness, and other wellbeing services,  to help you invest in the long term wellbeing of your staff.

My work place wellbeing services include mindfulness and as stress management interventions delivered through courses, tasters/workshops and as 1-1 sessions.

Mindfulness is proven to equip staff with the skills to manage stress long term, build resilience and prevent burnout.

As a certified mindfulness teacher, qualified therapist and stress/anxiety specialist I can improve your staff wellbeing in a variety of ways.

I worked for Mind for many years as their wellbeing lead which involved developing and delivering a wide range of wellbeing courses. This included in house wellbeing services for employers as well as members of the public.

I will work closely with your management team to plan bespoke mindfulness and wellbeing services services for workplace. All services can be offered face to face or over zoom.

Contact me for a no obligation chat to discuss your needs.

She was professional, reliable and flexible as well as great at building rapport with our employees. We can highly recommend her for workplace wellbeing services
